I had a question regarding my subscription and sent an email. I got a reply from Kevin within a minute, on a Sunday afternoon! We exchanged 2 or 3 emails and got my question answered. Each email was replied within a minute or so, it was quicker than many "live chat" experiences I've had! Customer service doesn't get any better than that. Kudos to the Ruut team.
