Another scam company taking advantage of auto-renewal and murky T&Cs
I wasn’t even aware I had an active subscription, I was charged £50 without any prior warning. I asked for a refund within 24 hours, as soon as I realised money had left my bank, but was flatly told it wasn’t possible. I had used the programme for a couple of days initially as was curious, but found nothing personal or innovative about it. The format was annoying and is basically a load of YouTube videos, and required login to a website - for which I don’t even think I ever received an email with these details. I found 30 minutes of article reading and using the info tracked on my watch far more useful. Please be aware most of the 5-star reviews here are from people invited by the company, who have only used it for a day or so. It’s almost impossible to see what you are being signed up to, due to the upselling OTT marketing (you may not even realise you have subscribed at all!). In summary, don’t waste your money to begin with, and be extremely vigilant to ensure it has actually ended if you have subscribed. I would never have chosen to pay again, clearly hadn’t even accessed the material for weeks, and if I’d had a form of contact prior to taking money (as I would expect from any credible company), would have cancelled a renewal immediately. Referred to the UK Ombudsman.
