It’s a static web page, don’t waste your money. Go for a walk instead
It’s a web page. Not interactive in any way, you just read a chapter each day. I purchased a 4 weeks plan for £19.99. The advice is reasonable but to be honest by day 4 I was wondering where the high cost/value was coming from. Through a geniusly worded button I inadvertently paid £19.99 for an exercise plan which is effectively a Word doc. BE CAREFUL HERE, the button is not clear that you are agreeing to purchase. They refused to refund it because I’d already received it. Ok, my error. But today I have been charged an additional £49.99 (no message to say “your renewal is coming up”), I did not agree to anything other than a 4 week plan plan, and again they refuse to refund. It smells very much like an operation to take cash at all opportunities, not provide much value and hide behind unreasonable terms. I’ve been stung by another similar app who used virtually the same CS responses, almost word for word “I’m so sorry you feel you are not getting value, can we offer you a lifetime membership instead?”. So BEWARE. They purely exist to rinse money.
