Tank sticker kit.

After purchasing a product from vendor, i waited for over a month to hear the first purchase was lost by mail. Second one then was sent suprisingly from Vietnam. That one arrived, but the stickers quality was not that great, and the stickers were not even. Other side of the tank sticker kit was off almost 5 centimeters. the explaing to this was that text needs to be alligned. Nothing like this was explained in the web-page. If i knew this i would not have ordered the stickers in the first place. Now i need to remove the stickers, and probably ruin the paint to get refunds. Customer support works better than the stickers. They offered me to make new ones but i need to pay postals for that. Cant really recommend this company, so please think twice before ordering or at least make sure you know all the facts of the product you are ordering. Customer service works ok thou.

Dear Petri, Thank you for your feedback regarding the decal kits. We would like to clarify that both sets of motorcycle decals are identical in size. The difference you observed is related to the printed design on the decals. As we have previously explained, the specific shape of motorcycle decals is not rectangular but rather triangular. With your custom design being a typography-based layout, our top priority was to ensure that the text remains readable once applied to your vehicle. There are certain very narrow areas on the decals where it is not possible to print all the design details without sacrificing legibility. The requirements you have requested unfortunately exceed what is technically possible for any design team to accomplish given these limitations.
