I wish i had seen the reviews on trustpilot prior to purchase. Taken a weeks leave to decorate our second bathroom. Order arrived, unpacked and found wall paint and tile paint incorrect so unable to start the decorating. Sent a contact form, waited...no reply. Contacted them by phone and it put me through to the trade centre at rustoleum. The woman employee basically was'nt interested, bigger fish to fry attitude. We did spend £160 on our first project..(more to come). She kindly told me to state on the contact form if i wanted a refund or exchange?.i did inform her that was no help when i had taken time off work to do this and its now put me poss 3 days behind.. i do really think the order should have been correct in the first instance. Not good.

I used rust-oleum heirloom white satin 334071 to paint a step stool. It was impossible to obtain a uniform finish with this product. The gloss level varied significantly on a single panel panel and the slightest amount of overspray made it even worse.

WHY WHY WHY ? Simple question WHY do you use Fedex for your delivery service ????? They are letting you down. Your service is great, their delivery service is useless. This is the third time I've purchased paint from you and on each occasion Fedex's tracking has been useless. Estimated delivery today between 8.50am and 12.50pm, actual time of delivery 16.30pm. Its like this every single time. PLEASE PLEASE drop Fedex and use another delivery service, hence just the 2 stars.

Ordering and receiving the paint is not a problem, the furniture paint itself- perfect for the job. However having over ordered I've been trying via the "contact us" form and the email address provided which is undeliverable to try a return the paint and like a lot of reviews getting no response. Meanwhile having left a sample pack in my basket I'm getting unindated with emails telling me to checkout. I'd buy rustoleum paint again but try and source via a different route where I can actually contact them if I need to.

Be careful what you order, before i ordered i checked i could return the product. They say they issue refunds within 14 days, so i went ahead & ordered some paint (as I ordered a few to try) when i went to then return the paint, you have to email them, they then said you have to take photos of the paint to make sure its un-opened, not used, fine did that. Went to take it back, you cant send paint in normal post as its flammable, so to return a £30 paint tin, cost me £13. Had i known this i wouldn't have purchased. They need to update their refund notice to warn people of this. It was also such a headache organizing a courier. So just be careful when you buy and make sure its definitely what you want.

Installed Rustoleums Epoxy Shield yesterday. This is the 1st time I’ve used this product where it was packaged in tinfoil type bags. I mixed the product together. There were lumps of some of the product in the mixture. I will definitely look for a replacement epoxy garage floor coating.

Doesn’t work. I put three coats on. Year if that long rust bleeds back through. Been painting for. 24 yrs. Don’t like it at all

Really disappointed - says free next day delivery on all orders - order before 4pm. I ordered before 12 on Thursday and have an email for 11.49 confirming acceptance. Amazon says Saturday - that is not 'next day' it is misrepresentation!
