Rust-OleumReviews of rustoleum.com

Really disappointed to see that Rust-Oleum no longer deliver to the Isle of Wight. We are not located on the moon! I now have 1/2 finished kitchen cupboards & will need to find a similar product that probably won't match, resulting in me having to repaint all of my kitchen cupboards again. Absolutely ridiculous!

Got some of their grout paint which seemed to be ok and went on ok but couldn’t do the whole job at once so there was some left to do. When we came to finish it just a few days later it had gone really hard and manky in the pot and couldn’t be used. We had treated it the same way we always treat paint made sure the lid was on properly kept it indoors as we were still going to use it. After contacting the company who couldn’t have cared less I would never buy from them again and only gave one star because it doesn’t allow no stars.

Placed my order No update on when my order would arrive. Waited a few days and nothing Used the contact form twice in the ok ast few days and still nothing. I think this Company deserves to go under. Wish I had used trustpilot first before ordering. I will do a charge back on my visa if nothing arrives or no communication from them. Avoid !!!!!

I can't comment on the paint as it never arrived. Hadn't realised it was FedEx delivering who were hopeless. gave me delivery slots to wait in for never turned up. same for several days. Then finally admit it hadn't been scanned in their network since arriving at one of their depots. Missed the window to use the paint and a request for a refund or replace has not been answered after 4 days

Using High Performance Enamel- real issues with quality of nozzles among 7 cans of the product. Irregular spray patterns- clogging nozzles- not atomizing paint - cannot get a smooth consistent finish - sanding -sanding and spraying. UNACCEPTABLE

First of all, next day delivery is advertised, it is definitely NOT next day delivery. Second of all, I am very very disappointed with this brand. I’ve just moved house and have been extremely excited to decorate. I ordered multi surface paint in two colours that was advertised as satin. And it most definitely was NOT satin, it was super thick, hard to clean and EXTREMELY shiny. I wanted the colours for my doors and front door but they were just unusable and I have wasted my money. Second of all, I messaged about a possible return of a colour as it wasn’t like what was shown on site and again it was super thick and glossy. I mailed saying would it be possible for refund as one hadn’t been used at all and I wasn’t happy with the colour. I was messaged back that it’s not possible, which is rather annoying but I get it. however you’d think I’d maybe be offered some kind of discount or even a partial refund for good measure but NOTHING, the fact it’s advertised as satin when it’s actually a super shiny gloss is WRONG also. I’m extremely unhappy with this brand which is sad as I was excited to use their paints for upcycling and bringing my home to life. I will be looking elsewhere in future.

What a load of crap!! And expensive crap at that. Followed all the directions to spray a bath panel. Result was terrible, uneven and one area has started to peel off. Nozzle is a stupid design too.
