Failed Brand
After using Rustoleum paints for 35 years, the last 3 containers (flat black brush-on and two different flat black aerosol sprays) were defective. Had to re-sand, and re-prep on both aerosols. I consider this a failed product.

I ordered two 2.5L cans of your chalky finish wall paint in ‘All Green’ through a company called Sprayster. The paint was delivered direct from you. My decorator used one tin as a first coat in my kitchen. He then opened the second tin which was a totally different colour but actually was the colour I’d ordered. All Green is a sage green and the other tin, now on the walls, was a teal colour. The name and numbers on the tin lids are identical and both say ‘All Green’, so there’s a mistake somewhere. My decorator thinks that there’s one shot of colour missing from the ‘teal’ tin. The decorator was only booked for two days. He’s had to source some more of the All Green, which I’ve had to pay for of course and pay him for extra hours. I’ve emailed Sprayster but they are not responding. I have photographs and my original order clearly says 2x2.5L of All Green. The paint itself is lovely but I am not happy.

Having used Rustoleum Furniture Paint before ( painted a wardrobe dark grey) and been pleased with the results, I am deeply disappointed that I have just purchased the same paint in Duck Egg Blue and it is awful, thin as if they have forgotten to put the chalk part of the paint in! It has taken two coats and the finish is still awful - has the formula changed or was this just a bad batch?

Purchased 3 x cans of Oil Rubbed Bronze. Stunning colour/finish, BUT: 1 x Can had a perfectly workable trigger making the job a joy. 1 x Can had a trigger that was super difficult and required 2 hands to make it work. 1 x Can, the trigger was completely banjaxed and pushed all the way through and the top of the can came off in my hands, rendering the rest of the paint impossible to use (the can was still quite full). While I loved the colour and finish, I won't repurchase because application is too hard!
