Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and money! Got slate gray satin for kitchen cupboards. Colour is nice but an awful paint. 2 coats 2days the paint peels of with slightest touch. Comes off like a sticker. Didn’t adhere at all. Cupboards were new and were cleaned before painting. It says you don’t need to sand it down so I didn’t. Waste of time and money horrible horrible stuff! Do not make mistake. Should have used v33 like initially wanted. Need to redo the whole job again now!

Terrible customer service. Received paint I ordered, but it’s a grey they sent not the evening blue I ordered. Thought it be no problem to sort as mistakes happen! I was wrong, they won’t help me. I said maybe a system glitch but they were quite rude and short with me. They won’t even exchange it. If I wish to return it’s at my own cost despite their mistake! Advise to avoid them as plenty of decent paint brands that wouldn’t treat customers that way

Spray nozzle broke after 5 mins.

False advertising - I ordered and paid for paint with free 24 hour delivery. I paid higher price for paint as I wanted it fast. I got email from fedex saying it would be delivered by 6 pm next day if received from company. I got email from company saying my order was not a contract until they wrote to me or paint was delivered. 2 days later I’ve had neither. FedEx tracking shows they haven’t received paint to deliver. I have asked for a refund. Now told delivery 5th May ( 6 days) I could have had it 2nd for less money. 😡

Don't Buy From Them I ordered 2 cans of varathane poly+stain from Amazon and the cans do not spray out the material. So I asked varathane for some advice on how to resolve this and I have been completely ignored twice. This company doesn't have enough integrity to get back to customers. I will never purchase anything from varathane again.

The chalky floorpaint looked lovely - until it began to scuff and peel. When I reported this the first time there was little response and no suggestion as to what to do, so I repainted (not easy in a kitchen). When this too cracked up I wrote again and was virtually told 'tough luck!'. I then filled in the 'How did we do?' questionnaire explaining my disappointment with the product. After reading 'We're always looking to improve, so would be grateful if you could give us any feedback' I hoped for feedback from them, but nothing. This is a company that does not care.

I ordered dusky pink bathroom paint because it looked gorgeous on the pics. However it was more like hot pink. Silly me carried on and painted the whole room hoping it might lighten as it dries. Nope definitely HOT PINK. Now have to buy paint to cover and another lot of paint for lighter shade. I am new to diy so rookie mistake on my end. Gutted and so disappointed 😞
