Awful furniture paint, as the colour claims to be 'slate' grey, which on the tin looks like a medium warm grey, yet it comes out as a light purpley blue grey and very lilac! Terrible colour as it clashes with modern decor! Doesn't dry properly either and always feels moist

Terrible customer service! Ordered paint. Didn’t turn up. No way of chasing other than via email. Same response of ‘it’s on its way’ every time but not able to give me information on when or how to track. Very disappointed

I don't know what happened but it was a bit of a paint shortage here a year ago or so it ever since then it's nothing but water in a can this stuff runs like freaking water one of the worst paints I've ever seen rustoleum used to be a great brand now it is pure garbage

This is a rating for the company and not the paint. Ordered 3x cupboard paint from the website on Thursday with next day delivery. It didn’t turn up on Friday and I emailed the company around 3:30pm to ask where it was as the tracking info said it was ‘not found’. They didn’t reply. Don’t say it’s next day delivery when it you can’t deliver! I needed it for the weekend, should have just gone to B&Q.

Tge spray version of this paint has to be the worst product on the planet it splutters all over the place and is next to impossible to use it is absolutely awful don't go near it..

This has to be the worst paint I've used in my 68 years. It covers ok But the toxic smell is so bad. No joking It's absolutely horrendous. The work I painted yesterday will probably end up scrapped. A £400 brand new cabinet that we only wanted to change the colour. Avoid at all cost

Wish I'd read reviews before I wasted £18. The paint drips everywhere, really thin. Covering a magnolia paint and I'm on my 6th coat. Worst of all, the paint comes off when removing masking tape, and that, in turn tears the wallpaper off. What a mess. The paint comes off like peeling off a face mask! Wish I'd stuck with gloss paint... So disappointed. Nothing positive I can think of to say.

It doesn't do anything it says on the tin! I ditto all the bad reviews, wish I'd looked before purchasing. But trusted that Homebase wouldn't sell rubbish paint! The tin said Matt Black but it dried (eventually & with very poor colour coverage) as shiney as ultra glossy varnish! Had to strip right back my new table legs, and shell out £20 on a tin of primer and a tin of actual Matt black paint.
