Woke up banned
Woke up banned. Got it resolved and unbanned. Warnings in instances similar to mine are probably more warranted. Customer support did well, automated system not as much. Sav did a great job of explaining how to avoid that in the future. Cheers, Cosmos

Wonderful Admin Support
I had sent items and was uniformed that items on a trade hold are voided. The admin named Blunc informed me of the policies, and let me keep the item balance this one time. It was very appreciated, otherwise i would have lost money due to my negligence.
