BEFORE READING THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED SINCE THEN THEY HAVE ALLOWED ME BACK ACCESS AND SUPPORT WAS VERY FAST TO ENSURE ME IT WAS JUST A RATE LIMITING ERROR AND IF YOU GET THE SAME SCREEN DO NOT WORRY ITS USUALLY JUST A CONNECTION ISSUE: I really liked the website and was a daily user until i tried upgrading one time and the site froze and i got perm banned for nothing. Lost everything I had on there.

Hi Velocer, Thank you so much for updating your review to a 5-star rating! We're glad to hear that the issue was resolved and that our support team was able to assist you quickly. Sometimes Cloudflare can mistakenly flag users, which can result in temporary connection or rate-limiting errors. We appreciate your patience while the system sorted itself out, and we're happy to have you back on the platform. Thanks again for your continued support and understanding!
