I made an inquiry about purchases with debit cards in other people's names and they banned me directly. I only made an inquiry and the way to proceed in case an account has funds and is banned, to know the ways in which they return what was bought in the store or if they make a refund directly to the bank, but they simply block you just for asking. It is clearly a scam page.

Solo hice una consulta y la forma de proceder en caso de que una cuenta tenga fondos y sea baneada, conocer las formas en las que devuelven lo comprado en la tienda o si realizan un reembolso directamente al banco, pero simplemente te bloquean solo por preguntar. Claramente es una página de estafas.

We understand your frustration, and we appreciate you bringing this up. To clarify — deposits under $3.01 (after fees) are automatically credited as Coins, which are used for playing the games, but can’t be withdrawn. Only deposits of $3.01 or more are credited as Gems, which are withdrawable.
