Quick response and easy to work with. I am still waiting for a translated document provided by a Japanese based company ( they tend to be slow here in Japan). That company asked for a 30 day turn around. Costly too, and was certified but not notarized. So when I found RushTranslate, I submitted the same document. 24 hours and it was ready for my inspection. I do caution with ANY company, proof read the translation for any errors in spelling or names because our last name translates strangely from the Japanese spelling of our Americanized German surname. Even DeepL or Google Translate think it’s another spelling. Even if you miss it and send it to approved by you status, you can STILL request a correction. Turn around is still quick. Send any help for them to make those corrections and Voila! It’s done! I have 6 document requests and completions with this company and highly recommend them.
