Deceiving
Have not received any single confirmation nor payment nor inquiries response emails from them I have sent 3 emails and no replies. The web says 24 hours delivery and still nothing received. Zero email. The order page is still saying in progress. Do not say 24 hours if you can’t fulfil it within the time frame. Very deceiving.

We've just signed up for Trustpilot, so this is a very late response, but to clarify: Our system automatically sends confirmation and status emails, and our support team responds promptly to inquiries. Always the same business day and typically within an hour. It sounds like our emails may not have been reaching your inbox, which can sometimes happen due to aggressive mail filters.
