I needed a Russian travel visa in less than a week and somehow Ken managed to make it happen. I called in a panic because I realized I had forgotten the most important component of my trip, but after a few minutes on the phone with Ken he clearly explained the process and got me started. I filled out the paperwork and sent it in and after a minor glitch (I forgot to sign the form) they were able to turn it around and get the passport back to me in time for my trip with the correct visa. I can't recommend them enough, especially when you are in a jam.
