I don't think I would have been able to get my visa to Nigeria in time for departure without these guys. Customer service was excellent, I never waited more than 3 minutes until they were on the phone. Email communication was excellent. They were very helpful with document gathering, general information and ensuring that I was moving through the process as quickly as possible. There relationships with the embassy are critical for getting visas with as little hassel as possible. Dealing with the other agencies and embassies themselves is very difficult and time consuming so having the help of rushmytravelvisa was invaluable.

I would have to say dealing with the employees at your company was very easy going and they helped answer as many questions as possible. Ken Altman took time to review what process our Visa was at and what was going on. I was very disappointed in applying for the Zimbabwe Visa since they seem to not know or care what they are doing. We had submitted our paperwork over a month and a half ago and the papers were still just sitting there in a pile. From what I heard, it looked like they had no intention whatsoever to look at our papers soon. So unfortunately we had to have our passports and everything sent back to us without a Visa approval. Now we have to apply for one there and go through, what I am assuming will be a, not so smoothly run process based on the non-service we received in advance. I would definitely recommend Rush My Travel Visa to other people since the problem we encountered had really nothing to do with your company, it had to do with the country we were trying to apply for.
