Dear Rush my travel visa, I want to thank you and in particular Clarence Standish so much for such outstanding service. We used your service after my sister's China visa was rejected after sitting at the NY consulate for days after using another service called visa express (anyone reading this- please do NOT use this service- it is awful). They did not check our paperwork, returned our rejected visa with no refund and claimed that we needed 1 year validity on the passport which I found out later was not true- you only need 6 months. Further, the cost of this service was more expensive than your service. Because of the glitches with the other company, when we contacted your service, we only had 4 days to obtain the visa. Your service as well as rush my passport service far surpassed anything we could have imagined and made an extremely stressful situation maneagable and the outcome was fantastic. We received the visa in just 3 days! Clarence Standish was phenomenal, patiently checking over our paperwork and answering any questions we had and my multiple nervous calls!. He was professional and gave detailed instructions and information. He even saved the day in mentioning that you need different photos for visa versus passport (we were going to use same one). The process for getting an Indian visa is pretty complicated as the rules are very strict, and any error can cause delays. I worked with Clarence Standish and Ken Altman to process two visas and they were available and helpful on every account. I had my application on hold and had to redo it twice due to minor minuscule errors (annoying embassy) and Clarence and Ken helped me by sending me a new label and finding out every detail regarding my application status. They did a very good job of getting my passport & visa back to me. It cost money but you have the peace of mind of it getting done correctly and having no problems in this matter.
