diligent & responsive & professionally accomplished

Very Good Customer Service. I Was able to get my Visa in a timely manner, and the response time and information are excellent. This was my first time seeking a Visa, and had no idea what I needed to do. Rushmyvisa did great work.

Refatul Islam is on his game. He directed me on properly filling forms and always had straight reliable answers when I called. Plus, your service saved me days of travel to/from NYC to obtain my visa.

It was a great experience. I only had one delay with the photo because I forgot to remove my glasses. Overall, I didn't have any problems; everything was smooth sailing, and I appreciate the customer service.

My representative worked with me very well to make sure I submitted all documents needed. Then the time between submission and visa completion was very minimal. Thank you so much.

Let me know immediately picture I sent did not meet qualifications and helped me get one that was.

Be very cautious if using this companies services. Somehow the dates change every time I call. The company say 5-9 business days. After purchase and downloading everything. Mailing the paperwork on January 24th they gave us an expected delivery of February 11th. I was (originally I called before purchase and told the 7th of February if mailed out by 3pm on the 24th of January). 5-9 days doesn’t start until 48 our after they receive the paperwork. (That takes 24-48 hours, oh and the shipping time) Not sure what I paid for. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they can’t transfer. If I’m approved to speak to a manager they will call back in 24 hours. I asked for the company information, they wouldn’t give it to me. I am now looking into Visa Adventure Inc. because you have to sign a waiver for them. Also, you have to get an appointment at the post office or Passport agency. They can be weeks out and most don’t offer walk in anymore. We were able to get in because of a cancellation.
