I was somewhat wary of using a service to secure my Visa to China but also know the time and cost to visit the Embassy and the chances of forgetting something along the way. I read the reviews on Rush My Travel for an expedited Visa and decided to try and made the call. If I received a recorded message or took to long to speak with a representative, I was going to hang up and try another company. Much to my surprise the phone was answered by a live Agent and she took the time to walk thru the process required including documents, costs, and timing. I spoke with an Angie when I first called and an Angela (Farmer) who processed my Visa. I was not only pleased and 100% satisfied with the level of professional customer service provided, but my Visa arrived very fast! Thank you to Angie and Angela for making this task very simple and easy. I now have a Visa for 10 years to visit China and didn't have to worry about getting my car towed in New York City! Thank you! Angie Cobanov walked me through everything and was excellent with communication throughout the process. I was a bit hesitant to send my passport off to a company I had never used before. However, the whole process was seamless, fast and convenient.

Angela was friendly, knowledgeable and got everything organized right from the start. No hassles, Russian Visas arrived within a couple of weeks. However, the service is expensive, so be prepared, but it is better than trying to deal directly with the Russian embassy or consulate, which is so disorganized they don't even have a working phone number or anyone to answer the phone!
