The customer service is excellent! Love my vest! It’s a great light weight vest I bought for running but the pockets along the back are great for biking also. The jacket is good also! I like the drop down rear cover and the hidden pocket!

This is a great place to get some unique affordable running gear! The butt zipper on the shorts is my favorite. The staff that I have worked with are very friendly and easy to work with. Want custom swag? They've got you covered there too!

Great vest - very reflective and comfortable to wear. I found the size to be true to standards. It is light weight, provides some warmth on a cold night but could be worn on a moderate evening. It is flexible, does not bind and the pockets are great. The zipper is a little stiff but is designed to be very light. I normally wear a large in shirts and a size 40 - 42 jacket and the large vest fit perfect. The description led me to believe that I would need a medium (i.e. sizes run large), however, the large was the right option and fit like any normal large. I wrote to RuSeen to ask about the sizes and Amy wrote back quickly with very detailed information and was super helpful in guiding me to the right choice. She made my experience a 5 star one.

The quality of the hoodie is really good. My only problem is the emblem I had put on the back is a lot smaller then the proof sent to me originally.
Response from RUSEEN Reflective Apparel LLCFeb 26, 2019
Hi DJ G., We apologize for the confusion and will be reaching out to you shortly. As stated on our product pages "Front logo approximately 3x4" and back 7x8" in black or white". If something larger is required it must be requested and quoted at a different price. Thank you. - RUSEEN Team
