We requested to be able return the items and were informed that we couldn’t. Then a option of an extension was offered as a possible solution. This option was a nice attempt at satisfaction but still falls short. We thought this product could be used in our needs but it’s does not.

Not impressed with the quality of the shirt nor the quality and size of the reflective decal. I went by the size chart as best I could, since there was no chart for long sleeve women’s. I feel the shirt runs small. Would not recommend the product. I am disappointed .

The quality of the hoodie is really good. My only problem is the emblem I had put on the back is a lot smaller then the proof sent to me originally.
