International delivery nightmare - and bad behaviour by Ruseen
Ordered two shirts, to be shipped to the UK. Paid significant postage and packaging charges. After three weeks, they still hadn’t arrived and so sent a query to their contact email. I was informed that it looked like it was still shipping, and that they couldn’t provide me with any more information. 2 weeks later (and after plenty of emails from me, none of which were responded to), it transpires that they are suck in customs as Ruseen didn’t pay the correct tax on them. I email Ruseen asking about this, why they haven’t paid the right sums, and whether they can cover this - all to no reply. Eventually I had to shell out from my own pocket to allow them to pass customs. But not happy. Terrible customer service, and just downright scummy for a company to a) screw up the import taxes, and b) not admit their mistake and pay for them when they are asked for - especially after charging for such high export fees in the first place.

It's illegal for me to click gift--I have to declare that it's merchandise & its' value on the customs declaration when I ship every package out of the US. There is absolutely no option for my company to pay your country's taxes & duties, that's not how it works. I was unable to track the package on my end either, I saw it sit at Heathrow for weeks just like you did. I told you our post office doesn't help once it's overseas. And we did not inflate your shipping price at all--there were no packaging or handling charges, that's the USPS rate and that's cheaper than UPS or other shippers. I see I missed one email when I was out of town on a Saturday (when we were closed), you have my apologies for that. The one thing in my power to resolve and you leave a one-star review. We'd appreciate you amend your review. Perhaps you should contact your government about their policies instead. *Once again, RUSEEN is not responsible for the shipping price, time delay & taxes that your country requires of its' residents.*
