I tried to order shoes from them. They emailed me and asked me to wire transfer the money to them. That is NOT normal in e-commerce, and I suspect this is a scam site.

Their so-called customer service manager just hung up on my wife. She had bought some inner soles that were no good at all so she returned them, based on the returns policy. They just sent them back to her with no correspondence and when she called them, she was spoken to so rudely. So she asked if they could at least refund the postage we paid to return the item and she said “we will absolutely not be doing that” and hung up on her. Then when she tried to call back, they won’t answer. Do as you like but personally I’d never, ever support a business like this. Worst experience ever and we are pretty chilled people. Stand by your product or return policy and for goodness sake don’t hang up on customers who have a reasonable dispute.

Bonjour, J’ai retourné une paire de basket dans son carton d’origine comme stipulé car trop petit. Ils ne veulent pas me le rembourser ni faire un avoir. Je suis très déçu de ce site, je ne le recommande pas.

Bought trail running shoes from the eu site. After 20 runs shoes started to break. They didn't accept returns. This was their reply: Greetings from Running Warehouse Europe. We have just received feedback from our return department. The shoes are not eligible for return.  The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. IT'S A JOKE.

Muy malo el servicio Postventa, quise devolver unas zapatillas y fue un caos, te ponen mas que pegas. No volvere a comprar !!!!

Awful customer service, Awful website. Once your item is paid they couldn't give a f%$k about your custom. Had to return a pair of asics. took 6 weeks to refund my money. refused to pay the shipping. so they still owe me 12 euro. technically robbed me of 12 euro. Worst online shopping experience of my life.
