¡MALA EXPERIENCIA EN RUNNING WAREHOUSE EUROPE! Mi experiencia con esta tienda ha sido absolutamente nefasta. Anuncian en su web devoluciones gratuitas, pero esto es completamente falso. Cuando solicité una devolución, me encontré con un procedimiento confuso y frustrante. No solo no ofrecen un servicio directo para devolver el producto, sino que te obligan a enviarlo por tu cuenta a Alemania, asumiendo todos los costes y la logística. ¡Esto es un engaño! La atención al cliente es pésima, con respuestas genéricas que no resuelven nada. Está claro que a esta empresa no le importa en absoluto la satisfacción del cliente. Una vez que has comprado, se desentienden de cualquier problema y te dejan a tu suerte. Dado mi calvario, aconsejo encarecidamente NO COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA. No merece la pena arriesgarse con una empresa que no cumple lo que promete y que deja completamente abandonados a sus clientes. Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, busca otras opciones con mejor servicio y mayor profesionalidad.

Ordered on Black Friday. Shipped with UPS. Delivery never happened. Received an email 18 days later that the order that "I had returned" had been received and a refund would be sorted. On contacting Running Warehouse EU, they insisted that a new delivery would not be possible. The product I ordered is of course not available for the previous price any more. Won't waste my time with this outfit again.

Apoyan su posición con fotos de zapatillas usadas para justificar la no devolución del articulo, cuando no han sido usadas. El.servicio post venta y su politica es un timo.

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes. I received two left shoes, one of them looked slightly used. After returning them I requested 111/2 wide. They sent me 111/2 d width. I’m returning them and hopefully they get it right the third time. I never had this much trouble with an online order.

Successfully ordered and paid for a pair of shoes, but suddenly received a notification that the order was cancelled, they said the item was sold.

I've owned 8+ sets of Hoka shoes. All the shoes have been size 11. The shoes I received from this company are the only pairs that don't fit- possibly buying them second hand....Contacted the company and explained the dilemma. Her response, "That sucks doesn't it. Companies do that sometimes."... No, companies don't just change the size of their shoes. Regardless, the RWA charges $13.10 for any returns. The disclaimer on the return page is shady/ dishonest. Exchanges are not free of charge. You still have to pay the $13.10 to get the shoes back to them. Returns are NOT free, but if you order another pair from them, they'll ship the shoes to you for free. If those don't fit, pay another $13.10 to return the shoes...and the cycle repeats itself. Representative's sarcastic demeanor and unprofessional approach to solve problems is pathetic at best. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
