I placed an order for a pair of shoes which went through successfully, only to receive an email the next day claiming the item was out of stock. When I checked their website, the exact same size was still showing as available – so clearly they were not being truthful. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company – never again.

Only had the shoes for 7 weeks when tearing had appeared on one of the shoes. When I raised this, they claimed it was natural wear and tear. Nah-uh. Denied being able to return and replace. It’s not like they wear the cost, they return them to ASICS who have made a faulty product. 7 weeks, I don’t run that much to justify tear that will soon be a hole. I even had previous pairs of asics to validate those have no tears or holes in the toe area. I will use shoe store moving forward.

Terrible experience with this company. I don't trust them. Ordered hoka shoes from them and shipment never delivered to me but went back to them. No apologies just wasted my time. Called several times with no resolution. Spoke with a supervisor and nothing happened. Feels like a scam company.

I ordered high-end racing shoes with expedited delivery for a marathon due to a problem with my existing running shoes. Despite the 1-2 business day delivery commitment it took Road Runner Sports 5 business days to deliver, which was after my race and meant I missed the race. I returned the shoes unopened, as I no longer needed them and I was not refunded the full amount including the shipping and handling "because I was not a VIP". Previously they charged my wife's VIP membership to my credit card, as her card had expired. This was done without my permission, which is illegal and again I had to fight to get this refunded and we stopped being VIP members. This was my attempt to try again with Road Runner Sports but it is clear that they are not customer-oriented and are happy to engage in unethical business practices to make any money theuy can from their customers instead of building a healthy long-term relationship.

A fuir impérativement !! commande passé le 07 mai, puis expédiée de suite... mais c'est là que ça se complique : livraison reprogrammée 2 fois par UPS, qui n'a finalement JAMAIS livré. Le site ouvre une enquête (10 jours d'investigation) pour au final admettre qu'il y avait un problème avec le livreur. (ah bon?) Remboursement programmé (sous 7 jours) et qui n'a jamais remboursé, pourtant j'avais payé par paypal, donc remboursement se fait en 1 click !! site malhonnête qui vous envoie des emails mais pour vous faire tourner en rond, tout ça pour une paire de chaussures de running à moins de 80 euros !! le 27 mai toujours pas remboursé, j'ai ouvert une réclamation paypal. Et là le site m'écrit pour me prévenir que si j'ouvre une réclamation paypal, le remboursement prendra encore plus de temps !! A éviter comme la peste...

Customer service is nonexistent. GLS delivered to wrong place. How difficult are addresses? Again, HOW DIFFICULT are addresses? Luckily I went thru Paypal. I sent Paypal the “tracking information” which non sensical jibberish. Which sped up the process I am amazed I got a refund. I was so sure this place was a scam. So so so many reports of missed deliveries. Are they hiring morons?

Scarpe rese immediatamente dopo la consegna in quanto misura troppo piccola, contestualmente, nella stessa giornata, acquistate due paia dello stesso modello di hoka ma misura superiore. A distanza di 3 settimane mi viene negato il rimborso in quanto dicono che le scarpe presentano segni di usura. Disonesti, sarà sempre la parola vostra contro la mia....ma vi sconsiglierei a chiunque

Mia moglie ha fatto un ordine di scarpe running Hoka x farmi un regalo, è arrivata solo la scatola vuota... La UPS non risponde a me al mio reclamo né tantomeno all' axienda Running warehouse. Abbiamo perso 130€. L'azienda venditrice fa la gnorri.
