Received my watch and I needed to return it as my family bought me one. I got email saying it cost too much to send back, so gave me 2 options - £25 voucher + keep watch or £12 refund to my bank + keep watch. By the reviews I’m sorry I didn’t look into this company. Terrible customer service.

The watch dies with no warning. The app sucks and is so hard to use. It's totally inaccurate for sleep. My previous Fitbit was way better; very disappointed

A very uncomfortable item to wear. Too chunky and didn’t sit on my wrist well. Never actually used it so can’t comment on whether it works well or not. Returned.

The app doesnt respect your options. I've turned off any notification or possible connection with my sensible data, alike messages, contacts, etc. In a few days it reseted my options without my consent. The watch is not trustible. Went for a bike ride for a couple hours, and it only recorderd about 30 minutes. The same with a long run I took some time ago. It just turn off the record withouth any notification or anything. At this moment I'm trying to delete my account. On the app, I click to send the code to the email so I can proceed to the deletation. It simply doesn't send any code. Nor inbox, nor spam. Sincerely, this is just another gadget to supervise you. Horrible.

I thought this was great at first but found that it doesn’t count steps if you are using an electric golf trolley and doesn’t work at all if you put it on your shoe. Very disappointed. Waste of money ☹️

Just went to the gym, got my heart rate up to 150-160bpm. App is only registering 125bpm.

I bought the Runmefit watch in Cyprus where our main language is Greek and the app does not provide for the Greek language, therefore I cannot read any messages sent to me in Greek. This should be fixed if you want to sell these smart watches in Cyprus.

App is not user friendly and does not provide easy to follow instructions. Very difficult to connect to Android phone and step count is not accurate and does not measure all activity. Watch feels very cheap. Cannot adjust screen timer beyond 20 seconds so keeps turning off whilst you are trying to navigate through functions. Wish I'd never bought.
