I had three rugs made to specific sizes and they turned out perfect. I was worried about ordering online and not seeing and touching before ordering. I received an email from customer support with a question about my order and they continued to be very responsive to my emails. Completely easy process and the rugs could not be a nicer product. I ordered for one room to see how they turned out and now I plan on ordering MANY more for my home.

Both rug pad and indoor/outdoor rugs were delivered in timely fashion (especially considering pandemic restrictions). Have not laid rugs yet so cannot respond regarding actual quality of same, but rug looks great in package. Liked company responses as well and have recommended same to people in my senior community. Don't anticipate problems when we finally lay rugs in the near future.
