Dear Jennifer, once again, we ARE very sorry that your order needed to be canceled. Why would we not want your business, or communicate with you? You are using a very outdated mail client, that is blocking our emails. However, we did reach out to you by phone, and had a very lengthy conversation with you on Facebook as well, explaining the situation. We try very hard to please our customers, and I think our reviews speak for themselves. However, we also believe that the online review model is broken, and very one sided. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we actually tried to reach you to notify you that this item is not available from Loloi rugs, and they could not provide a concrete ship date to us. Since we do not charge your credit card until the item is confirmed to be shipped, there was no charge on your card. If you are showing a pending amount on your credit card, it will automatically be removed.
