I love this place. Found a great rug for a really great price!!

I ordered twice from this company. The ordering process was easy and I got good email communication from them regarding my shipment which was sent out fairly quickly. They advertised a free rug pad with your order, but I didn't receive it when my first item arrived. I contacted them about it through email and they sent a timely response. This was after I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone. One thing to note is do not call their toll free number as you will be on hold forever and still not get a live representative. I waited 15 minutes and no one live came on the phone. They ended up sending me the free rug pad as advertised and also sent an additional one for the second purchase that I made. The quality of the rugs was very nice, no problems with my order. Their prices are lower than the competition and if you use a coupon code, you can save even more money for the same item, and get a complimentary rug pad. Can't beat that. Overall, I am pleased with my purchases, and would recommend this company for your rug purchases.

The Rug shipped with original Packaging I had called customer service to verify the stock and shipping times they were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend to all my friends

Great experience. Good price. Rug arrived very fast and was just as described. Would be happy to buy from again.

Guys, I have been shopping for a very special rug for my home for several months. I finally found it at RugsHQ.com and the price was just fantastic, hundreds less that at any store I went to or website I visited. I am thrilled!

I was looking for a deal on a particular Surya rug. Found the rug available at many different online retailers, but went with this retailer as they offered a number of discounts clearly offered at time of purchase. Can't wait to see the rug and complete my redecorating efforts!

The site was easy to use and it was awesome that there was no shipping fees and also an easy to get $25 off code!

I'm so excited I found this website! Had much better pricing than other sites with the same product! This was a very easy site to navigate too... Can't wait to receive my order!
