RugsHQ.comReviews of rugshq.com

I went to this website with great prices and decided to buy a rug. It was cheap and free shipping with a $25 discount!

Saw a groupon for 60% off a rug at another site. Found one I liked and searched to see if it was available any where else for less. Found it on this site for much less than the original 60% off. Ordering was easy as pie!

This rug is very glamorous and it is made of wool, not synthetics. I am redoing my boudoir and this rug is the just the thing to set it off. Also it came in just the size I needed. Most of them are 6 by 9, which I cant use. This comes in a 5 by 8 - perfect.

I saw this rug on another site for much more money and it was sold out. I was bummed so searched online and found RugsHQ. After receiving a discount and then a free rug pad with my purchase on an already cheaper price than the other store, I feel like I've been very successful with this purchase.

I had difficulty placing my order however had an excellent customer service agent walk me through theh process.

Many many rug sellers charge a large amount for shipping and I was happy to see no shipping!!! The pricing of the rugs was the best I've found so far! Can't wait to do future business!

I found the rug I wanted in a store, but they didn't have the size I wanted, so I looked online and found the style and size I wanted at RugsHQ.com. Other online stores were out of stock, and WAY more expensive (close to $200 more for the SAME rug!). I chatted with a salesperson online, who was very helpful, and just placed my order--can't wait for my new rug to come in!!!

I found out my order would be delayed or cancelled because of a backorder. It took me awhile to respond, so it was cancelled. However, I was warned and have since, reordered.
