I was very pleased with my experience today. The 'chat box' said to check with rugshq because the best price could not be publicized. I was able to get a great price on the rug I wanted.

Fell in love with this rug and it was out of my price range. I googled the brand and color and found it much cheaper on rugshq.com! I'm so happy!

I have spent countless hours that turned into days and weeks, searching for a living room rug that was everything I was looking for: the combination of the right colors; dimensions; quality; style; appearance and affordability. When I came to this site, I not only found exactly everything I was looking for, but even more. There are no taxes or charges for shipment, and they offered an additional promotional discount as well. I could tell everyone in the world about this company; that is how elated I am! Thank you!

I tried Rugs HQ for the first time a couple of months ago and ordered a runner for my kitchen. The rug was better than expected and at a great price! Order details were provided by email so I knew exactly when the rug would arrive. I am back to Rugs HQ for the matching 5x8 rug this time with no hesitation. Again, I am buying the rug at a terrific price so I am thrilled! I would recommend Rugs HQ to anyone who is shopping for a quality rug at an unbeatable price. I am certain to be back to Rugs HQ in the future for my next rug! EXCELLENT!!!

I had to exchange a rug and had a LOT of questions, and the person I was chatting with was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Wish I knew the person's name. But they were great! If ever I'm in need of a rug again, I'll be coming here!
