RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I found the best price. Shipping was fast. The office was closed when I tried to ask a question, so I left a message---AND my call was returned the next day! Thrilled with my purchase.

Beautiful rug! Fast delivery!

THIS COMPANY, RUGPAL, WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH WHEN ORDERING MY AREA RUG. COLOR DIDN'T MATCH SO I HAVE ORDER A DIFFERENT RUG.

High quality carpets and extremely quick shipping. Prices are great too.

I found the rug I wanted and even through it was bac ordered, I was kept up to date on its delivery. There's a wide selection to choose from and the pricing is very good.

Super happy with my shopping experience on Rugpal. Customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions and suggested new ideas I hadn't considered. Would definitely order from them again. Hope I like the rug as much as the buying experience!
