RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Great prices, quick shipping. Pleasure to do business with!

I was searching for a particular rug for use in the kitchen and a matching runner. I found both rugs on RugPal at a very reasonable price. The website was easy to use, I got immediate confirmation of my purchase, and it was shipped within 48 hours.

Although the rug didn't match (no fault of rug pals). When dealing with customer service they were great. Very thorough and professional.

Ordering was easy and free shipping was great! Outstanding service!

The rug was a gift and the receiver absolutely loves it. It was sent earlier than expected and I'm super happy! Thank you for keeping it easy and simple!

Although it took a couple of phone calls, the company was willing to work with me to return a rug (which was the wrong color) and order a new one (which worked out well).

Very easy to find what I wanted and a simple check out process.

Really really fast delivery!!! Wonderful rug!!! Loved it!
