RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Nice rug but a close out (discontinued) sothat's why the price was so favorable. We can't get matching pieces. Being wool it is "shedding" like crazy but that's temporary (I hope!)

Ordering was easy, product is exactly what I expected. Shipping was slow.

i have searched a long time to find a nice runner for my very long hallway that didn't cost a fortune! RugPal had a perfect 20 ft. Runner for a great price. It arrived exactly when stated and the quality is very nice.

Got the rug on time and love it. Not as grayish as I hoped but, still a good fit for my living room. In showing the rug on computer, I wished there was a picture showing rug in a room.

The rug I ordered it very nice & unique in design, but the delivery time was longer than was advertised!

Pleased with our strikingly colorful new modern carpet, which looks great in our contemporary home; the service was excellent getting it here, too. Much obliged!

This rug was delivered on time, when I unrolled it the rug was more beautiful than it showed on my computer. The size is perfect and the thickness is fantastic. I have Tile floors and open concept floor plan, my living room was always on the cold side, the rug I had was indoor/outdoor and very thin. This rug is thick and feels so good on my feet. I no longer have to turn the heat up to 78 in the evening, because 70 feels just fine. This rug does shed when you vacuum it, I'm waiting to see if that stops after a while. I am so glad I found RugPal on my computer when I was looking for a new rug.

Still on the fence about returning the rug I received. It is a beautiful rug; high quality. Not sure if it goes with my decor. I will definately order a replacement with them as they have great service.
