RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I found this beautiful design on Rug Pal $40 less than Amazon, as well as other sites. I will be back for a new Dining Room Rug.

They have a nice range of rugs and great prices and specials.

Would buy product again. Positive experience and helpful customer service

Rug was slow in getting shipped (it took over a week to go to UPS) but rug was packaged well and it quickly got to my house after it was shipped. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions.

I was not able to order the item on line due to technical problems with the website, but when I called and talked with a rep she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The rug is a great quality and came quickly. However, the color varied from what was seen online.

My rug looks like the rug in the picture like 75 percent. Not as fluffy as I thought it would be but I love it! Be warned it may have smell at first because it's been sitting in a warehouse or sold I was told by a rep.

Eerything was as expected. No issues with the service.
