RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I had a lot of questions about the rugs we were thinking of buying. The customer service was very helpful and answered all of our questions pile height to the rug care. Ordering was easy and the rug arrived in a short amount of time. Love the rug we bought.

Your customer service department went above and beyond to track down a rug from the factory and make sure, I received it in time for an overseas move! Your representative also called to inform me every step of the way! I highly reccomend Rugpal.com to anyone purchasing a rug!

Fast no issues and easy to deal with.

love my rug that was delivered 3 days early! my only gripe is that in many places the rug was listed as a 9x9 when in fact it is 9'9" x 9'9". but it's so beautiful and such a good high- quality rug that im keeping it and making it work - even though it is too big.

I am very happy with the experience I had with this company. I had no problems.

I happy with this purchase and the design and colors. I was hesitant to buy a rug online because if you are not satisfied with the colors, then the return shipping charges are your responsibility. I looked over many different Southwestern rugs from various companies and narrowed it down to this one. I wanted colors that were mostly brick red and that is exactly the primary color represented in this rug. Also, I wasn't familiar with jute, which is the material used to make this rug. I took me a day or two to realize that I liked it. It makes the texture of the rug coarser. If you're planning to have people sitting on the rug though, it would not be comfortable.

The headline title says it all!

Fast shipping and good prices! I will be buying from Rugpal again!
