RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

They're were good rugs for the price we paid. I can recommend to anyone and it was wery fast shipping. Thank you guys

I was hesitant to order this product because the price seemed so reasonable and I was concerned about the quality. However, now that the carpet has had time to lie flat for a couple weeks, I am totally pleased. The 1/4" thickness is perfect for a hall landing area. A pad underneath keeps the carpet in place. The design and colors are just what I needed and exactly what was pictured online. I would do business with this firm again.

i was afraid the colors on the site wouldn't look the same when I got it but was pleased when I unwrapped it and it looked just like the picture. It compliments my living room and couldn't be happier. The price was just a bonus for this good quality rug.

Rugpal was a great site for searching for a rug. They were the only online retailer I could find with rugs that would fit in a cubicle (square 7ft x 7ft). And they had GREAT selection. I probably scrolled through a few hundred rugs before finding the one I chose in my price range and design tastes. I was tempted to give them a 4/5 star rating only because their shipping takes 2-3 weeks. But the shipping was free. Also, when the rug arrived, it was rolled with the bottom of the rug out. This has caused the edge of the carpet to twist up fairly significantly. But I just laid it upside down for a 2 days and then rolled it with the top out for a day and it has pretty much flattened out now. Overall a very easy company to deal with though!

This was the most painless experience I've had. I was amazed at the quality of the rug. It was as described and arrived so quickly. I have already sang their praises to everyone who's visited.

great people to deal with service delivery was excellent would deal again with this company.rug looked liked the picture great product

I was hesitant to order a rug online without seeing the product in person, but I couldn't find anything in stores that was remotely close to what I wanted. When my rug arrived, I was please to discover the product was just like it had been described online and that the pictures were an excellent preview. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping at RugPal in the future.

I've ordered from RugPal several times and have always been very pleased with quality of the rugs I've purchased and the time it takes for them to arrive at my house. I highly recommend RugPal!
