I ordered a rug just before going on vacation (it was on sale) and requested delivery be delayed until I returned. Customer service was quick and easy to deal with. Thanks so much!

Easy shopping online, found exactly what I wanted, great prices. Had to call customer service and they were pleasant and knowledgable. Will definitely refer to family and friends due to selection and the great cupstomer service.
