RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I not only was able to find a match to an existing rug I owned, but was able to get 20% off.

Chose a rug that was perfect but small in size. So I called them and traded it with a bigger size. The service was quick, clean and easy!

Thus far ( I haven't received it yet) it has been excellent. Easy ordering, and I was surprised to receive an email as to my comments that I sent with the order. I hope to order some more smaller rugs when then arrive.

This company has a very comprehensive website and competitive pricing! Immediately upon going to the site, I provided my email and received a discount coupon. Love that! The rug arrived much quicker than I anticipated as well. The only experience I could say didn't go as planned was that my rug was delivered this morning and I didn't get my email saying my rug had shipped or my email with tracking information until today at 4:00pm. It's not a huge problem because I didn't even think the rug would've shipped yet, much less be delivered (I ordered on late Monday night and today is Thursday). A little backwards , but all in all, great service!

Great selection, great price and fast shipping.

At first I had trouble navigating the site, but I began focusing on categories that interested me. I have bought 3 rugs now. One arrived and we love it! Contemporary design in the same room as and in the same hues as an old, gorgeous hand made Chinese medallion. Since bought 2 more and anxiously await them. Also should mention that delivery and packaging were excellent. All in all, very positive experience. Too bad I can't buy rugs too often.

Just received my Safavieh Paris shag area rug collection in silver and I love it! Ordering was easy, my item shipped quickly and it arrived on schedule. It feels so soft and looks perfect in my living room!

I hadn't heard of RugPal but they had the area rug I wanted. The entire transaction was seamless and the area rug is beautiful!
