Delivery was fast. BUT, I did not receive the complete order, I am missing the pad for $48. Order # 24151248

My experience was fine... except my address wasn't complete and I believe it delayed correction because computers can... under certain circumstances be stupid. So my order was delayed. However! Let us see how it... the rug caper " plays out;-)

One email received. Had to ask about progress of order.

I ordered a 2 x 5 runner. The warehouse picked the right rug, but wrong size a 2 x 3 rug. I called Customer Service immediately and was told to take pictures and email. I received a canned email stating it was being reviewed. After two days I called RugPal for a status, and they promised to ship the correct rug, and allowing me to keep the matching smaller rug, which I offered to pay for, because I can use it in another spot in my kitchen. RugPal stated that I could keep it free of charge. Unfortunately I had to call them again a week and a half later. They had yet to ship the rug. Apparently the warehouse messed up again and failed to reship. They did reship after the second call and I received the rug today. I love the rug, but this experience makes me reluctant to order from them again.

The only issue with this order was the long time to process. 5-10 days seemed like an exorbitant amount of time to process an online order.

I never received the rug pad and I do not like the rug. I have no idea how to return it.

I have not as yet received the rug I purchased so cannot speak to that aspect. The RugPal site, specifically the order status, is difficult to access because it shows information about other rugs but not my information. They need to figure out to share information requested. Also I left two messages requesting a return phone call and did not hear from them. I only hope that the rug purchased makes up for their business practices.

Was looking for a nice looking rug for our rental apartment. We like the pattern and color, quality is ok, you get what you pay for. One corner was a bit frayed and somewhat coming apart, but we just put some glue on it. Decent reasonably priced option.
