RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I had a very good customer service experience and it was very easy to order and the delivery time was very quick.

I had a very positive experience ordering with rug pal. the price was fantastic and shipping/customer service was excellent. There was a small issue with my order that was quickly resolved by rugpal. They even gave us a free upgrade on the rug! Very happy and would order from them again.

Rug has vivid color and very satisfied !

The rug I bought was significantly cheaper on RugPal, and looks great. Shipping was by ground, so it took a while, but came reasonably quickly.

Ordered the rug we were looking for with no snags or delivery problems!

Fast delivery. Order accurate. Easy ordering on website. Choices in rugs not offered elsewhere. Because of pets, I replace household rugs frequently. This will be my go to place.

I ordered a rug from RugPal recently. The online transaction was easy, the rug was shipped and delivered quickly (delivered on the 7th business day after order). Rug quality is great, and color is just as expected. Would recommend RugPal to anyone looking for rugs in a specific price range / color.

Knowledgable and friendly customer service!
