RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Beautiful rug, true to picture depiction.

I ordered my rug but had reservations after googling ratings on Rugpal. I should not have worried. It was delivered within six business days. Packaging was excellent, price was an incredibly good deal and I love my new rug. I would recommend this company and will buy from again.

I am very satisfied so far, rug should be here in a couple of days, hope everything arrives ok, ordered by phone and received very helpful service. Thank you.

Very easy to order online. Received merchandise quickly. Very pleased with rugs - quality and color and pricing.

Easy view of products. Good description of rugs. Quick checkout. Look forward to arrival.

I had measured incorrectly and had to return my 1st rug. Customer Service was quick, responsive, and was very good in following up with me. No problem getting my refund and my new/replacement Outdoor Area Rug arrived sooner than I expected. I had been searching for a "beachy" rug for weeks and finally found the one I had to have at RugPal.

I wanted this rug for my lanai and ordered it from another company who three times said it was shipped then refunded my money and cancelled the order only to start the shipping notices over again. I still don't know if I will receive it. With Rugpal, it was simple to order, service was courteous and processing was fast. My rug should be in a few days. Hooray!!
