I ordered a rug it didn't look nothing like the photos then they never answer the phone I left two messages and 4 emails and they got back to me 5 days later then the whole full refund policy is a joke once you pay for shipping good luck

Was told order complete accompanied by FedX tracking number & date shipped. Then received email that product is on back order & not available for up to 6 weeks.

I though this rug for my hall way would be really nice and it was until I vacuumed the first time all the wool pieces came out and made a hugh mess all over the carpet I was very disappointed in the quality of this rug runner Buyer beware

What a horrible experience to find out that if the rug does not look good in your room you have to drag the thing to the post office or UPS or Fed ex and then pay for it I just kept it it wasn't worth it and would never order another rug from them.

The size of the rug is perfect and the color is very nice but there are so many pulls in the rug I fear that they will only get worse. In a darkened room the pulls aren't as noticeable but in the sunlight the rug looks awful.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a $320 rug that looked nothing at all like the rug I ordered and they refused to cover the shipping cost to ship the rug back and I had to pay $50 to ship a rug bag that looked nothing like the one ordered that wasn't my fault at all.

I think RugPal's return procedure is cumbersome, unnecessarily complicated and not customer friendly. It seems to me that the company intends to make returns difficult. I am sorry to say that I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I went on the website searching for rugs for my kitchen and bathroom I was shocked to find some really great sale deals. I purchased a rug and received a confirmation email only to have my order cancelled without ever being told it was going to be cancelled. When I called to find out what happened I was told that the website price was inaccurate. I never received an email stating that my purchase was going to be cancelled and had I not been watching my bank account I would have never known. Very disappointed as I was super excited about the rugs I had ordered and the experience has made me never want to order from this website again.
