RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Very white, which I wanted. Nice quality and appearance.

I looked for weeks online for a rust carpet. Most had burgundy but not rust. I was pleased to stumble onto your website. IIt was easy for this 64 year old to navigate. I can't wait to see the carpet.

I've only communicated by email so far. Everyone has been very professional and helpful.

Item was exactly as described. Pleasantly surprised when I received the rug as to the high quality. Definitely recommend!

I decided on a different size. No return problems and the replacement was perfect.Would not hesitate in buying from this company again.

The order process was easy, I got a great deal price wise, and delivery was fast. I would definitely recommend RugPal and will keep them in mind if I have future rugs to purchase.

Wow! RugPal was great to order from! I submitted an email to them after hours with a question about how their return policy works and I heard back within an hour even though they were already closed! The answer was succinct and very helpful. We then ordered our rug feeling confident that they will handle everything well. Received an email a day after my order announcing that the rug had shipped and we should be receiving it much sooner than I expected! Very happy with my shopping experience with them!

We had never heard of the company before we ordered, and we had some trepidation. The rug was shipped in a short period of time and was received in perfect condition. The rug was expensive, but was much less expensive that we had expected to pay, and it was the perfect color and size for us. I highly recommend RugPal. The selection they offer is great also.
