This is one of the best retailers I’ve ever dealt with online, I had some issues at my end, every email I sent was immediately dealt with promptly and I very politely efficient manner which made the transactions a pleasure.

Auf meine Fragen habe ich schnell eine Antwort bekommen und es wurde alles getan, um meine Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. So stelle ich mir Kundenservice vor! Ich kann den Shop bedenkenlos empfehlen. Habe zum dritten Mal etwas bestellt und die Lieferung kam immer gut verpackt und in einem annehmbaren Zeitfenster bei mir an. Ich hatte auch immer einen Link, wo ich den Versandstatus beobachten konnte.

Order arrived quickly with good communication. The product was as described but It didn’t suit my needs so I was given a generous refund offer. I will definitely use this company again
