Dear Fatuma - We have done our part in delivering the product to you. Tracking number has been shared as it departed our facility through UPS courier. We just checked and UPS is encountering delays on their end. If you can please check the UPS tracking number sent to you, UPS has notification announcement related to this delivery as they are working on it and it is out of our control.
