I received a muddy dress which was wet…
I received a muddy dress which was wet in rain water and it arrived late which i needed it for my trip. Since it didnt arrive on time, i left for my trip. I came back home to check the package and reached out to the support them, they were of no help saying the return date passed by just 1 day. They didnt help me as an exception. They asked me to share the images of the dress, i did that but still no help. I'm stuck with this dress and wasted my time and money on this website.

We reviewed your order, and it left our manufacturing facility on October 20 and was delivered on October 28. Your message reached us on November 11, after the return window had passed. We completely understand that you were traveling, which made it difficult to check the package right away. Regarding the condition of the dress, the item was dispatched in perfect condition, so we believe the water damage may have occurred during the time the package was left unattended. Still, we absolutely understand how disappointing that is to come home to.
