I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Pork Chop, which came with two sides: mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately, the pork chop was so tough that I left over half of it uneaten, and the mashed potatoes were cold. I mentioned this to the waiter, but nothing was offered to resolve the issue.

daughter ordered the salmon, very disappointing as it was overcooked. the salad bar needed attention and some cleanup

I ordered shrimp parmesan and my husband the chicken with penne pasta. Both of our meals were 100% salt. That was the flavor. Breadsticks - salt. I'm glad we got salad bar or we would have left hungry. The guy working over the salad bar was so inpatient and he may have well just pushed me to the side. There's no good reason to stand so close to me waiting for me to get out of your way buddy. That was really rude. But our waitress didn't want to be there either. My husband and I rarely afford to eat out. That experience keeps us understanding why we don't.

Ruby Tuesdays in West Plains Missouri. Order two smashed cheeseburgers one with cheddar and one with American they both came with American one with a gluten-free bun that wasn’t edible hard as a rock. Ordered the stuff mushrooms as an appetizer they were super mushy they were $10 for five itty-bitty mushrooms so that is two dollars a mushroom. Online it says add on salad bars 399 add on all you can eat salad bar is 599 but they didn’t have the add-on they only had the 599 one. Our server was very pleasant seemed a little bit inexperienced but she was very very nice all in all I will not ever go back to Ruby Tuesday skin it is very pricey for what you get and the food is not worth half of what you pay for it. There wasn’t a manager in site, would have liked to speak to one

Reviewed Ruby Tuesday about our very disappointing dinner there on our 51st anniversary after saying they wanted to make it up to us we never heard anything from them that’s says everything

My husband and I meet at ruby tuesday 12 years ago so we always have a anniversary lunch there but was very very disappointed yesterday we went to the one on Bartram Ave near the Airport and my husband order boneless wings and they was raw inside. I said damn they came out fast and that was the reason why because they wasnt cooked all the way. If I was a food critic they would be shut down I told the manager and she was like I apologize but nothing happen. She ask would we like some more chicken. Really who would want some more chicken after that. This just messed up our anniversary lunch. Good thing we went to a five star restaurant for dinner.

Got the salad bar with our meal, but some of the items were empty a waitress standing beside some the table looked at us ,listening to us she left and came back with 2 items to replace sister in law asked her to bring more cheese it took her long enough that she went back to the table without it then when I got to the dressing there was no 1000 island I asked her to bring some she said she'd have to check on it she finally came back and said they were out I told her I didn't like ranch or French and didn't know what the others were and handed her the salad and told her they could take it off our bill and went back to table out waitress came over and sorry they were out of the 1000 island. but sometimes it happens. And laughs as she walks off after I left the table she talk to the rest at the table about me being mad they were out I m more mad about being laughed at and made fun of

Had a small family get together. Overall 9 people. First ones in the door and seated. Waitress was awesome. Then came the menu. Like a lot of people we just get the salad bar. It's always plenty. But $12.49!!!!! It's flippin salad!!! Wife says it's ok and calm down. Ok, she's the boss and also paying. Time to eat. Get up there and there's less food. None of the thin cracklin bread that is so awesome. One kind of croton that isn't even crunchy. I asked our great waitress about the cracklin bread, they no longer carry it!!! So here it is, high, way to high, price and less selection. For me Ruby Tuesday can go the way of Tuesday Morning because I will not be going back.
