Ordered steak and baked potato. It was dinnertime and they had no baked potatoes . So they gave us mashed potatoes but had no gravy. The steak was supposed to be 6 oz. But it was more like 3 oz. So thin and tough, it was terrible. The cost was $10.99, on the bill they charged us $18.99. Lucky I checked the bill. I will not return there. 2 of us ordered the steak, it was not good.

Honestly if this store (Kinston, NC) cannot be staffed properly it should be closed. Judging from the online reviews it probably won't be long before that happens. So sad as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Kinston. If you order online to pick up in store add at least 30 - 45 minutes to the pickup time you are given. There were no visible employees for 10 minutes once I got inside. Check your food before you leave. The sides that I got were inedible. You'd be better off going to McDonald's and that's pretty sad. And don't bother letting corporate know about your experience. They don't respond.

On my visit the carpet was so worn that at first I thought something had spilled and my shoes were sticking to the point I had to conscientiously lift my feet at each step. After further examination of the carpet I realized it was so worn that my feet were sticking. After making our way to find a booth to sit in there were several that were torn and in disrepair. When a restaurant is in this bad of shape in the area the public uses, it makes me feel like the areas we can't see could be horrid. I won't return to this location. I reached out to their customer service department and received 1 email where it was said they would like to talk to me about my experience and then I never heard back - after several attempts on my end. This has been almost a 2 month waiting period with no more contact from them.

I have always ate a steak at ruby Tuesday for years from Troy Al and a few times in enterprise Al….but today I ordered a 16 oz t bone and it was horrible the worst steak I ever had also got Mac & cheese and it was like soup …I have never left a review but I had to today ….very disappointed……u guys need to do better …. I mean it’s my go to place when I eat out my kids even take me there every year for my birthday…but anyway…u guys need to do better …thank you …michael

We have been going to the Ruby Tuesday's on Care Center Dr. in Tallahassee FL. for over 2 years now. I am part of the reward program. However I will be hard pressed to go back again. The waitress we had was rude. We asked for 2 salad bar lunch specials and then a single cup of soup. (which was cold). When the bill came we were charged for the all you can eat salad bar and soup. I asked why and was told that is just the way it is. Also you had to search through the plates at the salad bar to find a clean one.

Don’t order off the menu. I took my 89 year old mother to Ruby Tuesdays for a light lunch. We were charged $12 for two cups of soup.
