Our server Starr went out of her way to help myself and my wife joining the Ruby Tuesday's lunch club via their Ap. She was very patient and made our lunch experience truly enjoyable. She's an extreme professional and should receive some sort of compensation for being a real person and a true joy to work with. Manager Wes did also visit our table and told us about weekly specials, and he was very good as well. Many thanks, Pat and Ellen.

We had dinner at the Ruby Tuesdays in Tillmans Corner in Mobile, Alabama on June 15th. What a delightful experience! Our waiter, Tony, was exceptional! The food and drinks were spectacular as well. We will definitely be back.

Dined at Ruby Tuesday at 5464 SUNSET BLVD., LEXINGTON, SC, 29072 , with my friend. I must say that Justin our waiter was phenomenal in helping us with our dinner orders. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable with our orders. A BIG thank you JUSTIN for all that you do. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Our server Maya was kind, respectful, friendly, and very efficient she made sure our dirty dishes were taken as soon as possible. To us that is a big plus. This was at the Ruby Tuesday in Morgantown, exit 7. We will be back!

Randi continues to set the bar for outstanding service at Ruby Tuesday’s. Today I had the ribeye with the salad bar, and everything was absolutely on point. Randi was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure the ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered. Her timing and follow-through were perfect, and she checks in just enough to make you feel cared for without ever interrupting the meal. The salad bar crew also deserves huge recognition. The garden bar was immaculate—fresh, fully stocked, and beautifully maintained. Every ingredient was crisp and plentiful, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in keeping it that way. That consistency is not easy, and it shows. When great food is paired with service like this, it makes the experience exceptional. Randi and the salad bar staff are true professionals and a major reason this location stands out. Ruby Tuesday’s is lucky to have such a strong team.
